Terms of Service for RabbitGUI

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RabbitGUI desktop software (the “Software”), provided by Tggl (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, installing, or using RabbitGUI, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.

1. License Grant

1.1 Upon purchase, Tggl grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to install and use RabbitGUI on a single Mac machine.

1.2 The license is tied to your device and may not be shared, rented, leased, sublicensed, resold, or otherwise distributed.

3.1 RabbitGUI connects directly to RabbitMQ instances provided by you. Tggl does not operate or host any RabbitMQ services.

3.2 You are solely responsible for the configuration, security, and operation of your RabbitMQ instances.

4. Data & Privacy

4.1 Local Storage: All RabbitMQ credentials (usernames, passwords, certificates) are stored locally on your device. Tggl does not have access to this information.

4.2 Telemetry & Analytics: RabbitGUI collects certain usage data, crash reports, and analytics to improve performance and user experience. Some of this data is processed by third-party providers such as Sentry.

4.3 License Data: To manage your license, we store your email address and your computer’s name on our servers.

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1 RabbitGUI is sold as a one-time purchase via Stripe.

5.2 Purchases include one year of free updates. After that period, future updates may require an additional purchase.

5.3 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, email nicolas@tggl.io within 30 days of purchase.

6.1 The Software may automatically download and install updates released during your update entitlement period.

6.2 Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security patches.

7. Termination

7.1 Tggl may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms or misuse the Software.

7.2 Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

8.1 The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris, France.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on https://rabbitgui.com. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
