At Tggl (“we,” “us”), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use RabbitGUI, why we collect it, and your rights under the GDPR.

1. What We Collect

When you use RabbitGUI, we collect:

• License information: your email address and your computer’s name.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Crash reports & telemetry: collected via Sentry, including things like error logs, operating system version, app version, and performance data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Verify and manage your license.
• Process your purchase through Stripe.
• Improve RabbitGUI by analyzing crashes and errors.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Data Retention

License data (email + computer name) is kept for as long as your license is valid.

Crash reports and telemetry data are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Your Rights

As a user in the EU (including France), you have the right to:

• Access your data (get a copy).
• Correct inaccuracies.
• Request deletion of your data (note: if you delete license data, your RabbitGUI license will no longer work).

5. Third Parties

Stripe handles payments and billing information.

Sentry helps us collect crash reports and telemetry.

These providers process your data in line with their own privacy policies.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive information and access restrictions. However, no system is 100% secure.
